“Please note that there doesn’t exist any video codec that uses the FOURCC code 0. If you’ve downloaded a movie with the FOURCC code 0 it’s a fake movie file and you won’t be able to watch it. To avoid fake movies using KaZaA you can use a program called sig2dat. Then you simply goto a site such as FastTrackMovies.com and lookup the movie you want to download. All the files have been verified and should work, so when you follow the sig2dat link your KaZaA will automatically try to find and download the movie."

This is the exact message that you would’ve seen at www.fasttrackmovies.com:
“Our site has been temporaily closed by the MPAA.
Please visit www.fasttrackcentral.org for the lastest information”
They simply found another host that’s outside the US. You know the MPAA had NO case, but were prepared to throw in all the money they could to defend that NO-case they had. That was the only problem, they’ve got a lot of money to defend themselves even without any case. FastTrackMovies under law was and will be 100% legal when it re-opens. Just another reason to dislike the MPAA.
