help please newbie to site/chinese 4g mp4 player fm trans

my player was working fine initially,but started hanging on start up,so i formated as instructed,now the machine starts fine but when i put mp3 files in,the go to the wrong folder not the music folder,it just says no files,but i can access files on computer but not with player,the music files have ended up in wmvfolder not music folder any suggestion as what to do
