Winrar extracting

I have a dvd-rip downloaded and its a *.rar. When i try to extract it, i get a message once its done that the *.img file (its 4 gigs) cannot be extracted because extracting above 4 gigs is only available on ntsc system as opposed to mine (fat 32). Anyone know what to do about this?
