Try AVS Video Converter from AVS Video Tools
Here is a mini-guide:
- download, install and run AVS Video Converter
- open an input file or files
- click To MP4 (MP4 video is an iPod video format)
- select a preset you like
- click Convert Now
as I know CUCUSOFT, Videora and others only make video for some portable devices (you may try, any way), like iPod or PSP, but AVS Video Converter makes and TRANSFERS video to all these devices without any third party software via Bluetooth or USB!

enjoy Xilisoft Video Converter with the free trial firstly, it can convert any video types with high speed and quality.

Try A One FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter. I use it to convert my movies to my ipod and zune and psp. Hope this helps. PS its very easy to use also.
