Does anyone know why you get an insufficient disk space message when moving large (10GB+) .avi files? The target diskdrive has ample free space.

What file system are you using ? If you are using FAT32 or earlier, this may well be the problem as they don’t technically support files over the 2 gig mark. If this is the case I would suggest splitting the file into several parts. Do a google for HJ Split, an excellent free file splitter.
