extracted iso file

I had a game that came as several files, some of them rar files. I have extracted these files with winrar and get an iso file. Unfortunately I didnt knew what this extension is and because it had a winrar symbol I extracted it again, and delete the old files (iso and the oryginals). Can i still burn these files and play the game or is it lost?
