torrents that when downloaded say content blocked get vlc converter

some torrents i download, when played it only displays a screen in media player, with a 20 second running time, saying
content blocked download free vlc converter at dlit.us/server

r these type of files bollox, or am i missing something?
been 2 adress looks dodgy,

please help if u can its really anoying as my download speed is poor and i just end up chucking em after waiting ages
