Someone with patience PLEASE HELP ME watch my torrents!!

I have tried to download some things to play them in, but I haven’t been able to get any of them to work properly. I just cant seem to watch them. Some with no sound, some with sound but so dark you can barely watch it. I am going crazy trying to get someone to help me get this to work. I would REALLY appreciate feedback!! THANK YOU!
