nero won't accept rar files for dvd burning

Hi I’ve used winrar and extracted rar files. I need now to take the extracted folders and use nero to burn them to DVD. However Nero doesnt recognise the contents.

Whats the process for taking the winrar folder and its contents and getting it to the point where the video can be burnt to dvd using Nero Software?

Any help appreciated as i’ve been trying to solve this problem for time now!!
