missing .001 files

i just downloaded a bunch of par files from a news group for a movie... quick par tells me they are all there but when i try to use mastersplitter to put them back togeather it tells me it cant because its missing the .001 file ... is their a program that creat the .000 or .001 file so i can put it all togeather?
