twortle Guest | Hello all! Great forums! My problem...All my video players (quintessential, Windows Media Player 10, Nero) have gone whacky. They only play like a zoomed in version of video (just like the upper right portion of the screen) and the colors are messed up (reds, greens, blues all skewed) Forgive me if my terminology is not correct. Could this be my Nvidia card settings? Or could the codecs be corrupted? Thanks in advance.

Cptn_Sargos Guest | OK, I had a problem similar to yours. My DVD’s would be totally messed up.. color, sound, everything. All I did was reinstall ONE of my DVD reading software, and it worked FINE! Try reinstalling one of those progs, see if that works out for you. If not, sorry.

twortle Guest | Thanks. I uninstalled my video drivers completely. Nvidia drivers, I am told, keep certain files around after install. So I used a program that COMPLETELY got rid of all drivers and remnants, reinstalled the drivers, and all seems well now. I appreciate your help.
