Movie Issue/Audio Issue

I’m using the mega Lite Codec pack, I have been messing with it to try and figure out an issue I am having.

Using ANY media player I have, Windows or Media Player Classic, and the audio and veideo won’t stay synced sometimes at random moments the audio will lag behind the video or vise versa.
