hi, i have the innovage digital audio player with the1.5 inch color screen.my brother was using it to listen to music and he somehow got it to do a 10 second intro and thats all. so now it is useless. the user guide briefly mentions it but doesn’t tell how to put it back. have gone crazy past couple of days trying to fix it but i just cant.so you know how to fix this problem or know innovage website so i can resolve this problem? your help would be greatly appreciated. thanks for your time.
