Quick Solution:
http://www.divx.com
More Info:
DivX 5 and DivX 6 are a continuation of DivX 4, and are probably the most popular MPEG-4 (part 2) implementation today.
DivX 5 and 6 use the fourcc’s DIVX and DX50. DivX 4 also uses the fourcc DIVX. DivX 5 and 6 can decode DivX 3 and DivX 4 contents. DivX 5 can also decode XviD contents (not always perfectly though). DivX 6 can decode XviD and 3ivx contents if generic mpeg-4 decoding is enabled.
The DivX 6 Bundle can be downloaded here for Windows users
http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/
and here for Mac users
http://www.divx.com/divx/mac/
Users of Windows 95, 98, or Me, won’t be able to run DivX 6 on their system. They can get DivX 5 here instead:

Notes
- XviD, and 3ivx can decode DivX 5 and DivX 6 contents.
- DivX 5 and 6 have a protection wrapper. See http://www.virtualdub.org/oldnews (9/25/03 entry). (This is of no consequence to most people - only to programmers, or people who need to work with VidEdit - see my upcoming article on Indeo 2.1)
