whimZefx Guest | Wondering if anyone can help here. I’ve downloaded a suite of DVD players for my PC including (all up to date and most recent):
Windows Media Player
Nero Showtime
VLC media player
DivX
I’ve also downloaded the XP Codec Pack 2.3.8
I’m sure the appropriate video codecs must be amongst all the downloads, but yet, I cannot play any of my DVDs. There is sound but no image at all. I can play avi and mpg files - just not DVDs.
In the past, downloading the appropriate codecs have always solved the problem, but not this time (I’m on a brand new computer with a separate video card - as opposed to onboard).
Anyone got any ideas of what I should be looking for to fix the issue? Any help would be appreciated.
