PLEASE HELP IM GOING NUTSSSSSSS!!!

can any of you guys advise me on what im doing wrong recently been to the rac rally of GB and got loads of good footage on my vid cam i have edited the footage on magix and come out with 27mins of edited footage. problem arises when i save it i have tried to save it as a mpeg but with the fast cars etc the footage is all broken so i saved it as a avi file but its 5.6 gb but fantastic quality all im trying to do is get this on to a dvd so that my mates can watch it what do you guys suggest please please help me

i think ulead dvd moviefactory can do what your trying to do. do a search for it on google and then download the trial version and get a crack for it. you could also make an svcd out of it using tmpgenc
