Dragon25 Guest | i found nothing funny with the person that was attackign meover the fact that he/she was to thickl to understand what i was saying..... even when several others have stated it was great advice. So i can have humour but there are times for it and this wasnt.

jsc Guest | lol, relax dragon. all your posts on this thread sound like you want to kill someone. different people have different needs dude, don’t just assume they don’t know anything :P fact is, LOTS of people want to have these on dvds instead of cds, such as me, because you can fit 4-6 avi sized movies on one dvd disc and play them in divx supporting dvd players. I don’t even buy cdr’s anymore... I use them for music sometimes I guess.
it absolutely shits me when movies come in kvcd, its old tech imo :P

Dragon25 Guest | jsc, then you read my words in a view that is of your own and thats you think imbeing agressive.
the fact is that when people download kvcd’s they are meant for cd’s not dvd’s
if they wanted the film on dvd why not just download the avi , same size and the compression is far better and enables the user to burn to dvd.

choo Guest | I have tried converting a movie so I can burn it to DVD using the mount and drag way.{its bin/cue)
All converters I have used only convert around 10 minites of the film??
I tried converting it to several formats and this happens all the time..
Its properties say its a VCD Wrapper
Any ideas folks?

bigscott55 Guest | So i burned the .bin to a CD....that should be it from what ive read. Stick it in a DVD player. But my DVD player is an xbox360. all i get is that the disc is a “mixed media disc”. i assume an xbox360 is not a supported KVCD dvd player...am i right? otherwise is it possible to burn/extract the movie without loss of quality?

Dragon25 Guest | an xbox is the same as any dvd player in the sense that you need to check if they are capable of hadling kvcd’s , just as if i wanted to play an xvid on the player .
the best way to place a file onto dvd without loss of quality is just download the avi file, espcially if its just a 700+mb file, hell thats the basic same size of the kvcd.

well i guess i can say for sure that XBOX360s DO NOT play KVCDs or Divx. I even need a transcoder to stream divx AVIs from my Media Center PC.

Dragon25 Guest | kvcd killer.
im going to be sarcastic here becuase when people dont read posts in a topic made for kvcd then that person deseerves it.
basically read whats here and you will know. (read the last 4 pages)

bigscott55 Guest | kvcd killer....
why should he have to repeat himself when all you have to do is read previous posts.
anyone who uses forums to solve their tech problems knows to read previous posts.
i agree with Dragon

kvcd killer Guest | look, ive tried a number of the suggestions from previous pages and they dont work, or i cant get them to work, so instead of being sarcy bastards would it not just be easier to suggest a media player that will run a kvcd.
ps the reason ive called dragon a dickhead is not cos of his reply to me but his replies to virtually everyone in the previous pages, its like he cant give an answer without an insult.

shezzu_girl Guest | hey guys, i really don’t know what is going on and i have read all the other posts. I’m completely confused. i downloaded a torrent and i got 5 files in a folder (She’s The Man 2006 DVDRip kvcd.(NL Subs srt file)). inside this folder was
- ~uTorrentPartFile_31608EAC.dat
- She’s The Man 2006 DVDRip DiAMOND kvcd Jamgood(TUS Release).nfo
- She’s The Man(TUS Release).bin
- She’s The Man(TUS Release).cue
- Shes.The.Man.DVDRip.XviD-DiAMOND.srt
how do i use this movie?
thanx heaps

Dragon25 Guest | you need vlc to view kvcd’s
- ~uTorrentPartFile_31608EAC.dat
this is the normal utorrents data for the torrent
- She’s The Man 2006 DVDRip DiAMOND kvcd Jamgood(TUS Release).nfo
this is the groups information, simply if you dont have the nfo viewer on your system then right click and open in notepad
- She’s The Man(TUS Release).bin
- She’s The Man(TUS Release).cue
normal kvcd files bin is the large image file and the cue is the info image
- Shes.The.Man.DVDRip.XviD-DiAMOND.srt
this is subtitle filelol
