Need software to play DVD movies on my Zune device.

Hi everyone, I have been looking for software that can help me out to convert my DVD movies collection to MP4 formats so that can be compatible with my zune device. The software should have a good conversion speed and also should maintain the quality of the video. So, please help me find a good one so that I can use my zune for my DVD movies.

I think that this shouldn’t be a hectic one…there are software that can convert the DVD format into the formats supported by your Zune.My cousin uses Zune Movie Converter which give him speedy and smooth conversion of his DVD formats and makes it perfect to play on his Zune device. It would be a good option to give this one a try.

I know a DVD to Video Converter. It could convert DVD movie to popular format video. of cause, Zune is included.

2. Click DVD to Zune Converter component, load your DVD by clicking 'Open DVD' button or choosing 'Open DVD' from 'File' drop down menu, choose the DVD ROM in your PC, it will take you to the DVD menu in the player screen.

so i have the movie strange wilderness in the format of mpeg4 but i don;t know how to get it from the computer to the Zune

Few freeware can convert DVD to regular video. Most of them just copy DVD files, contains IFO, BUP, and VOB. but VOB cannot be played on portale devices, not only video format, but also resolution, bit rate, frame rate etc.

Handbrake may be the only free one, which can convert DVD to MP4, MKV, AVI, OGM, AAC, MP3 etc. But it really hard to handle on windows OS.
