I downloaded:
XP Codec Pack
K-Lite Codec Pack
DivX
Xvid
Codec Pack - All In 1
Theorica Divx ;-) Codecs
Matroska Pack
and many more...
The files are not broken because i opened them on the computer that is connected to the security camera and they worked just fine in the Windows media player, but on home computer the do not work.
Can anybody help me? You have any solutions?
If you want I can email you the file and you can see if it works on your computer (the files are about 4 mb)

Queez Guest | IM just a visitor, but you should try free VLC media player. IF that won’t work, I don’t know you could...
P.S: You could download it from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Chances it’s a proprietary codec bundled with the software of your security camera. (I’d be quite curious what the fourcc of this one is!) The manufacturer’s website may have the codec for download; if not, you may have to install the software that came with the security camera onto your home computer to view the videos.

Hope to help you.
