chihoe Guest | hi, i hope someone reads and responds to this.
i have a problem with playing .avi files. everytime i play it in any players (winamp, windows media player, real player) the computer autorestarts (there will be a blue screen with words, but it is so fast that i cannot read what it says) or freezes any time.
so i cannot watch a show smoothly without interruptions. can someone help please?

chihoe Guest | i disabled the autorestart function and now i can read the blue screen clearly. it talks about a hardware not being installed properly. i have no clue what it is about.. help is greatly needed and appreciated. if anyone needs to know what the blue screen says in detail, i can copy it down and post it here. thank you!
