C00D10D1 is an error code, not a codec. It’s the error downloading decompressor message and comes up because WMP can’t find the codec on the Microsoft server (because they only carry their own codecs mostly). For a more reliable way to find out which codec you’re missing use gspot, avicodec, or videotoolbox and look at the fourcc and tag number.
