You need a directshow decoder, karol. There is a free one available from here:

If anyone sends you an email with 'Codec Audio tag 8192' in the subject line, just delete it. It could be from a prankster.

Hey the 8192 codec works but it has very low sound, i turned everything up as hi as it will go and still the sound is very low , can someone tell me how to fix the problem ? thanks
