"Tag 8192" and TMPGenc

Hello - question about the “Tag 8192” audio codec.
I sucessfully downloaded and used this codec to enable Windows Media Player to play my movie audio -
but cannot find and encoder that can deal with “Tag 8192”.
TMPGenc wont deal with the audio and nothing else Ive seen can convert the “Tag 8192” audio into a form that can be burned to dvd. Anyone know of a method to encode “Tag 8192” audio to a more usable format?
