Hi
I am running windows XP Sp2 and i installed a long time ago a codec called “FFDShow” which was optimized for SSE. Now what is my appropriate choice to upgrade it ??? use the latest build which is optimized also for SSE ??? Or i can use the MMX edition??? which one is better than the other regarding my CPU (Athlon XP 2600+ - Barton Core - 512 KB cache)

P.S. As “CPU-Z” tells me, my CPU supports: MMX, SSE and 3DNOW!

SSE is newer than MMX, so it’s safe to assume SSE-optimized has MMX optimizations as well. I’d pick the newer one.
