Creating 5.1 Surround DVDs problems

I am trying to create a personal video into a 5.1 DVD.

I have many many stereo DVDs but I am trying something new with some personal footage. I am using PremierePro to edit the footage.

I have created the audio wav file in 5.1 (with Premiere.) I have an AVI of the footage as well as M2V of the footage. However, I cannot find the final software to make the DVD.

Any help would be appreciated.
