I have a sony mhc zx 70 dvd. It recently stopped recognising dvds in the trays, and when it does, it brings up a message on the tv screen: C:13. When it does that, the player kinds of hangs. Plus, it can’t play dvd/cd-Rs HELP!

C:13 error
I also have the same Sony DVD player MHC ZX-70 and I’m also getting the c:13 error message.
Please let me know what I need to do to get it to play DVD’s again.

My player simply won’t recognise that there is a DVD in the tray. It says “No disc” on the display and “Insert a disc” on the tele. Anyone know what’s happening?
