Kurney Guest | I recently purchased a Chinese mp3/mp4 off eBay. It was working at first, so I plugged in the USB cable and put all my music on it. When I turned it on to try out the music, when I pressed play it said “Format error”. I plugged it back into the PC and saw that the folders were in a mess. I tried to delete them but it gave an error. “Access Denied” or something along those lines. So I restarted my PC and while I was waiting, plugged my mp3 player into charge, using the wall adapter. It turned on to show me it was charging. Then when I unplugged it from the wall, It was dead, wouldn’t turn on. Nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix this.
Thanks In Advance.

Has it turned back on after you charged it completely? If you can get into the folder options while it is connected to your computer try reformatting your mp3 player as the same file system your windows is running on (FAT/FAT32). With my exeprience, I would guess that after it was plugged in to charge and never turned back on, it is completely dead. I would suggest contacting the seller and asking for a refund. Hope it all works out :-) I’ll check back to see how its going
