combining BIN files on one DVD

Is there a way to burn two or more different .bin files on one DVD?
I currently have a movie that is separated into two CDs with two different .bin/.cue files, but with the programs I have tried (Alcohol, Clone DVD, TMPGEnc DVD Author, IsoBuster), it only allows one BIN file to be converted/written.
