Then just burn the mdf files. mdf files are cd images like iso or bin (though which format I can’t remember). You’d have to use a cd burning program that supports mdf.

Clicking anyone of the parts to extract should do the trick. Winrar will automatically seek the other parts (you’d get an error message if you were missing any part).
If you have other filenames (a different set of diff.r01 diff.r02 etc) then there’s obviously other archives in the directory. They’d have to be extracted separately (but as before, you only need open one per set)

Cptn_Sargos Guest | My tip: Don’t download games in .RAR. It’s slow to extract and it normally doesn’t work. I normally download .ISO files and use Isobuster to extract and decode them. Alchohol 120% should recognize and just burn it straight.

rar files aren’t that slow to extract if you have a powerful enough processor (pentium 2 or above). the benefit of rar is it stores information about file integrity. if you download a file in its original format and it were corrupted (even by one bit), you wouldn’t know it. if you rar it before sending, it compresses it (more or less) and any error during transmission would be detected on the receiving end.

Cptn_Sargos Guest | Anonymous,
what you’re saying is true, but I also use .ISO files because Alcohol 120% recognizes and burns them without the need to extract them. If i’m not sure if the game works or not, I use CD-RW’s NOT CD-R’s! IF it doesn’t work and you burned it on a CD-RW, you ust erase it and write another game. If you use a CD-R and it doesn’t work, you’re outta luck! You gotta toss the CD and use a new one (which is a really bad waste).
