All .002 files not working

Since yesterday, anytime I download files with extentions .001, .002, 003, etc., all files with ext .002 show up as a video file and not a - what? - raw file? In otherwords, since it’s already a video file, I can’t join it using HJSplit, etc. This happens with any download having a .002 file.

Any suggestions?
