kaitlin Guest | I download my episodes from this website, it’s not illegal, she knows the people that download them from her, and she’s trying to help me with this problem as well. Her website is www.lost-n-found.741.com/media.html

catford Guest | Thanks so much for fixing this problem. Nearly all the Joey’s I downloaded were hdtv-lol and they were very jumpy and shaky, I thought they were fakes butthe audio did keep working, so that didn’t make sense.
Just downloaded DivxAF-04 anti freeze but that did not do it. FFdshow did the job though, just downloaded it, installed it and now they are all working, thanks so much!!

Rlinsurf Guest | Ok. Forgive my stupidity. I just downloaded/installed ffdshow and when I go to my Start — >Programs — >ffdshow, there’s no app? Only various configuration shortcuts and uninstall. Am I doing something wrong, or how do I run my hdtv-lol.avi files through it?
Also, I can’t get my files to run at all — not even in VLC. I have tried DivX, installing the Xvid codec for WMP 10, and now this. I’d really love to watch these things.

The Gentle Sherpa Guest | I had given up on all of the hdtv-lol Lost’s, as they were unwatchable due to this problem. Halfway through the same thing with the Venture Bros., I found this thread, now my troubles are solved! Endless thanks to whoever found this fix for the xvid jumpy shaky video problem, in windows media player.

Evelyn Guest | People, you are wonderful. I also had the same problem that I couldn’t play the hdtv.lol.avi file because I only heard the audio but couldn’t see the video. I installed the ffdshow and voilà, it worked. Just like magic. FANTASTIC!!! I love it when I can resolve a problem so easily!
Thanks,
