The FastTrack network clients such as - Kazaa (Lite K++), Grokster and iMesh don’t have any corruption handling builtin, so other methods need to be used to fix stuff.
Try this method. It involves changing/editing/cutting out the bad frames in the movie:

I prefer this method because the files will be restored to their original form, using Kazaa Corruption Fixer (KCF):

eDonkey2000 clinets like Shareaza and eMule both have ICH (Intelligent Corruption Handling), so when content is completed download, it won’t have any corruption. Try using one of these programs in the future :-)
