AVI FILE IS BIGGER THAN 4.7 GB DVD RW!!!!!

PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!
EVERY TIME I GO TO NERO TO BURN A NORMAL AVI MOVIE TO A STANDART DVD+RW 4.7GB IT SAIS THAT THE FILE IS BIGGER THAN THE BLANK DVD SPACE AND IT WILL NOT BURN IT!!!!!!!
WAT CAN I DO??????
PLZ TELL ME ANYTHING U NO PLZ

Once at site click on “Products/Shop” located at the bar at top of page. I downloaded program, but have not had the chance to play with. I am currently trying to find some SWF converter programs, have tried a bunch, but I am having major difficulty. Anyway, let me know if Shrink & Burn works. Thx
