the sims2 WILL NOT WORK on my computer!! it keeps telling me i have to disable my cd/dvd emulation. what is emulation and how do i disable it?????? could somebody plz plz explain this to me in english asap thanx britnika

do u have achohol 121 or clone cd? those are emulation programs, i burned doom3 with clone cd, and it told me to get rid of my emulations also, just delete those off your computer if you got them..

well you can download it and then burn a game, or whatever u want to burn, and then uninstall it to play again, just keep installing it and uninstalling it and you should be just fine..

yeah but its not e.a. games' fault, hahah they just put the clone detection on it... but yes, i think its fairly dumb too.. doom 3 is also the same as the sims.... and thats made by ID software if im not mistaken..

AHAHA that game is nothing like the sims 2... its a f irst person shooter like the orginal doom, just with way better graphics and way better everything.. haha yeah..
