i recently bought a 16x benq internal dvd rw -/+R Dual layer burner that came in an external enclosure. It says its plug and play, but when i plug it in, an error message comes up saying that the software has been installed, but that an error has occured and that it may not work properly. when i checked the device manager on my computer, it said error code 10, device could not start. sorry this is totally off topic, but does anyone know anything about this?
