The file C:\Films\Wasabi.avi cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.
How can i import this file into Windows Movie Maker?

RazorF157 Guest | I downloaded some codecs for this error and now i can import but I still have no image and in some cases just green. Are there any other codecs that I could download to fix this?

Timmy D Guest | Im having the same trouble but im not sure which codec i have to download.I think its a bit bad how you have to do this and pay for it when it is a utility that should come with the software anyway.Anyone knows which codec is best to ue can you let me know pls?

Use gspot or avicodec to find out.
