i try to play certain videos on real one player and it freezes up and shuts down by itself. when i open it again it says it couldn’t play file type .rnco. help, what do i do? thanks!

Hi cailan,

go to RealOnePlayer’s Tools => Preferences menu. Then select Hardware in the Category list. Move the Video Card Compatibility slider to the most left (Disable optimized video and overlays).

Now you should be able to watch videos with RealOne Player.

I tried the above and it still doesn’t work.
