Lose audio when fast forwarding. wma v2.

I noticed with video files that use wma v2 if I let the video play all the way through it’ll be fine but if I fast forward or reverse it’ll completely lose the audio. The video will be fine, just the audio.

I have reinstalled the wm9 codecs which helped nothing. Any ideas? Going a bit crazy over it.

A point to mention, gspot is saying Codec Status Undetermined with both WMV3 Video codec and WMA v2 audio.
