i have OPTIX rock chip

The only thing i know is This player is manufactured By OPTIX and has a rock chip USB.
It also has a “get an Optix” song in it.
I want to know that , wat Video files does it support.I Tried Mp4, mov, rm, 3gp , avi .but only avi files showed in Videos folder and that too gave a gave a format error.Rest all files did not show.
I have installed 3 .rkp format games too!
