to slow to burn?

I’ve gotta antique pentiumII 233mhz, lots of mem and hard drive space....is is possible to burn movies with such a slow prosesser?

That’s hard to predict. Usually the cd-r/cd-rw will write the minimum specs needed for proper operation on the box before you buy it. Even if you have the minimum specs for operation (it might just burn at 1x when it’s a 40x burner...), I’d still recommend something faster to have some head room.
