video play back prob

I have a prob just lately i have begone to notice a diagonal line across the screen while playing fast scrolling right to left up down etc xvid video,its like the screen spits in two for a frame or two it dont happpen when its slow scolling btw, I have the lastest k-lite codecs and iv also tried updating my nvideo garf card driver and it dont matter what player its played in its the same, anyone come across this before
