Help!! I need to have a movie made viewable on the internet for resume purposes

I have a quicktime movie (.mov) that is a 141mB file. I need to compress it and make it viewable on the internet. Is this possible with Quicktime Player? I can’t even PLAY it in Windows Media because of the extension, so Quicktime is my only hope. Help please someone... anyone... s..o..s
