My PC is able to recognize it, however I can’t seem to load music into it. I have tried draging the files from WINAMP or iTunes to a folder I created on my MP4 but they don’t work. On my PC you see the files on the MP4 player, yet when I press music on the player after initializing it says empty disk! PLEASE HELP...donnaforbes@hotmail.con
THANK YOU....I JUST WANT TO LISTEN TO MUSIC

mur38 Guest | Are you using mp3’s and not some other format? Chinese mp3/4 players usually don’t actually play mp4 files, usually amv or something similar but they should play mp3’s

jfjdkdofijdjrkjf Guest | same happened 2 me.
i cant understand the directions, all it says is some very poorly translated half understandable instructions.
all i can understand is (isn’t the USB port on the keyboard)

hong kong is not the place to buy on ebay.
