Can anyone pls help me i ..cant play any dvd rip or avi files with wondows media player...i have tried all decoder and all vlc player still the audio is fine but video is blank..this is a movie downloaded from a torrent.....help help i having een behind this for over a month now....

Regular Rep: 5 Joined: 20 Nov 2004 Posts: 1,266 | If it’s an avi, I would guess it’s using the xvid codec. You can get the xvid binaries at www.koepi.org. To be 100% sure which video format and codec it’s using try a tool like gspot or avicodec.

home Guest | Yes it is an avi file....but i tried using all DIVX codec still no luck.....
