Fraps Problem

So I was running the demo version of Fraps. One of my friends had the full version so he sent it to me, but told me I needed to delete all Fraps registry files. I did in regedit and went and deleted anything that had fraps from search. When I downloaded the full, it didn’t work, when I went back to free it didn’t work. They both displayed a error:

Error Opening FIle for writing:
c:\Fraps\fraps.exe

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to system restore, didnt work, deleted temp, I dont know what to do, please help.
