Where can I can the shareware to convert it?

sprinter Guest | i having skippy playback at VCD player every time i use winavi7.1 convert rmvb files,then use nero to burn the VCD ,nero doesn’t say it’s in wrong format ,the vcd cant play properly at all the VCD player i test,but able to play in PC without any problem .i used tmpgEnc making VCD for other format didn’t got such skippy play back problem.
of course TmpgEnc can’t convert Rmvb.
