I’ve been using Guba for the past month - just to watch videos - mostly in the .avi format - without any problems. If I recall correctly, I initially had to download a codec pack, although I don’t remember what it was exactly. Then everything played fine. I’ve never downloaded anything, just pressed play, and the videos played embedded on Guba. Now the screen is blank when I select a video. I’m trying to figure out if maybe I accidentally deleted some important software or codec. I use a MacBook Pro, not a PC. I have downloaded DivX and all of the codecs that came with, WMV Player and Quicktime Player. I also have a Veoh player. No problems up til now. What could I possibly be missing that is keeping Guba videos from working for me or that would suddenly make them stop working? Any suggestions?

I don’t believe there are codec packs for the Mac (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong though).
People usually use all-in-one players like VideoLan or MPlayer OS X. The closest thing you’ll find to a codec pack for the Mac may be Perian, but I don’t think it covers as many formats as codec packs made for Windows.
