Export Premiere Pro video to vcd

Hi,

Have been trying to export the video under Premiere Pro : Export -> Media Encoder -> choose the MPEG-VCD and PAL high res., but keep facing error, which state " cannot export one frame; export error. Did tried to use others such as MPEG, PAL/ NYSC Mid/ High res., all face the same problem. It is a 40 mins wedding video.

Can anyone help? Need to rush this project out by today before 6pm.
