I keep getting a little box saying xvid.dll not found.... Any suggestions???

The file is missing. Whether it’s because of a botched (un?)installation or because it was accidentally deleted is anyone’s guess.
I’d try reinstalling xvid.

Thanks for your help. This has also been my problem as well.
I think mine was the botched uninstall.
