Noob needs help with dvd burning

Prozac Guest Hey. I downloaded a movie that came in winRAR archives. I exctractet them all and they became a big file with the extension .img. There is also a small file (6Kb) with the extension .svf then i have a small .vob file (46 570kb), a 0 kb .diz file and ofcousre the big img file (4,5 gb). Ive tryed to burn em all on a DVD with nero burning rom. Doesn’t work. Wich files should i burn, wich should i not burn? Should i choose ISO or UDF format on the dvd when nero ask me? Hope any 1 can help me Cheers Bobby
